In 1968, Dean Ponciano D. M. Subido began the Subido Law Offices at the historic Escolta Street, Manila, the Philippine's then financial district. Over the years, Dean Subido provided personalized quality service to his clients and offered prompt and practical legal advice on a cost-effective basis.

The Law Firm today has grown to include Daniel C. Subido, Martin C. Subido, Maribert Q. Pagente, Claro F. Certeza, Ma. Rosa Mystica J. Mendoza, Mar-Len Abigail S. Binay, Ildrian Josefh T. Aseron and Rene Richard A. Salazar, as partners, with Prof. Ruben F. Balane, as Of Counsel, and is now known as The Law Firm of Subido Pagente Certeza Mendoza & Binay. It currently holds office in the country's premier financial district, Makati City.
